《 城市轨道交通技术规范》（GB 50490-2009）是根据原建设部《关于印发（二○○一～二○○二年度工程建设国家标准制订、修订计划）的通知》（建标〔2002〕85号）和原建设部标准定额司《关于同意将（工程建设标准强制性条文（城市建设部分）——城市轨道交通篇）调整为<城市轨道交通技术规范）的函》（建标标函[2007-]39号）的要求编制的。

现批准《城市轨道交通技术规范》为国家标准，编号为GB50490-2009，自2009年10月1日起实施。本规范全部条文为强制性条文，必须严格执行。
本规范由我部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。
